Choose the correct option from A–D using close reading and careful elimination.
Strategy
Read the stem first and underline keywords. Locate the paragraph, then eliminate options that are too extreme, only partly true, or not mentioned.
Common mistakes
Picking an option because it repeats words from the passage; the correct answer is usually a paraphrase.
